Maintenance Program
Prevention is the key to maintaining and protecting the health and beauty of your log home. We recommend that you clean and inspect your home every year or two.
We can set you up for an annual/biannual cleaning and inspection or consult with you as to how you can maintain you home yourself. Either way, you’ll be making a solid investment in avoiding costly repairs.
Our Annual Maintenance and SoftWash© package includes:
- Full inspection of the logs, chinking and caulking.
- Scrub areas of mold and remove any peeling on surface areas.
- SoftWash© the home with a cleaning solution.
- Touch up stain/chinking/caulking as needed.
- Provide a written report explaining any issue(s) the homeowner should address.

Home Inspections
We also offer home inspections to help you evaluate the condition of your home, help you trouble shoot existing problem areas, and make recommendations as to how mitigate potential problems.
We also conduct inspections for real estate agents and log home buyers to evaluate the condition of a log home prior to finalizing a sales contract.
